The location of Sachas is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, perfect for exploring shops and bars. My room, the Double Room (No Windows), offered a decent amount of space, but I regretted the lack of natural light and air conditioning. The bed was firm, though the pillows felt a bit like bricks, making sleep less comfortable than I'd hoped. The staff were friendly and attentive, helping with requests and making an effort to provide good service. the check-in process was confusing, with some language barriers that added to the stress after a long day of travel. I also noticed the shower pressure was weak. it was a mixed experience. The vibrant location was a highlight, but the room conditions and check-in efficiency definitely need attention.

The hotel had a charming atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I loved the central location, which made it easy to access various attractions and leisurely stroll through the city. My room was comfortable and clean.
More seating available in common areas would help.

Consider bringing your own pillows for a more comfortable night's sleep since the hotel's pillows may not suit everyone's preferences.

would stay here again without hesitation
The location is super convenient, close to all the fun spots. My room had a comfy bed, a desk, and a tea/coffee maker. A private bathroom with a shower. The staff was really helpful and the security presence made me feel safe. It also had a pool and sauna for some chill time.

Cleanliness needs major improvement!!! The inconsistent room conditions were disappointing. The outdated facilities make it feel neglected!!! Elevators and common areas require urgent attention!!!

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a cozy bar, and lifts. I’ll never forget how the staff offered me a hot drink in the cold during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxed city break!

Decent Value with Some Drawbacks
I stayed in a Twin Room for one night. The room was clean and had good amenities like tea-making facilities. the air conditioning didn't cool properly, making it uncomfortable at night, and the noise from outside was disruptive. it was adequate for my needs, but improvements could be made in soundproofing.

The staff were very warm and responsive.
The bathroom cleanliness was below acceptable standards.

missingWrote a review on 29 Juldecent locationspacious roomshort walkpoor maintenance
The location sits just a short walk from various city attractions, although the surrounding area has its rough spots. The room I had was spacious, allowing for a decent amount of movement, which was a nice surprise considering the overall vibe of the hotel.
Room conditions could definitely use a serious upgrade. my room had no windows, making it feel stifling with little airflow, while lack of maintenance showed up with issues like a non-working TV and damp smells in the air. The noise pollution at night was hard to ignore, as music from nearby events echoed through the walls, combined with heavy foot traffic outside. The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with reports of bugs, odd smells, and reports of drug activity in the corridors making the entire experience a bit unsettling. With so many facilities advertised, it's disappointing that most were closed or unavailable during my visit.
